The Chronicles of Ruined City
STEEL & HARBOUR
FUEL & HULL
MEDICINE & UNDERGROUND

"content": "## DUP DLC Compatibility and Scope\n\n### Pohang DLC Compatibility and Scope\n- This module extends The Chronicles of The Ruined City and inherits its outbreak timeline, infection rules, scarcity, seasonal state, risk levels, status format, vehicle inspection, radio rules, and user-driven narrative principles.\n- Chat variable `season` remains the only seasonal selector. Do not create a second season state.\n- Reuse `rc_location`, `rc_risk`, `rc_weather`, status, gear, inventory, and vehicle fields when concrete events justify updates.\n- Pohang, Guryongpo, Homigot, Heunghae, Yeongilman Port, and the Pohang steel industrial complex do not form a safe territory or unified faction.\n- Real companies, port facilities, and university sites are geographical background only. Named interiors in this module are fictionalized composites and never reveal or assume real security or plant layouts.\n- A company name on a data plate, heat number, shipping label, maintenance log, or crate establishes industrial provenance only. It does not prove current ownership, condition, grade, compatibility, completeness, or access.\n- Steelmaking plant, mill stock, port cranes, and container yards do not create unlimited metal, tools, fuel, power, lifting capability, or spare parts. Blast furnaces, rolling mills, and gantry equipment are cold, unpowered, and beyond restoration by any party.\n- Coastal access is not safe passage. Vessels, boats, and marine engines are subject to fuel degradation, hull condition, tides, weather, and the same inspection rules as land vehicles.\n- If this module is active outside the original card, its lore may describe Pohang but must not replace another setting's core rules.\n\n### Ulsan DLC Compatibility and Scope\n- This module extends The Chronicles of The Ruined City and inherits its outbreak timeline, infection rules, scarcity, seasonal state, risk levels, status format, vehicle inspection, radio rules, and user-driven narrative principles.\n- Chat variable `season` remains the only seasonal selector. Do not create a second season state.\n- Reuse `rc_location`, `rc_risk`, `rc_weather`, status, gear, inventory, and vehicle fields when concrete events justify updates.\n- Ulsan, Bangeojin, Jangsaengpo, Onsan, Ulsan Port, and the automotive, shipbuilding, and petrochemical complexes do not form a safe territory or unified faction.\n- Real companies, refineries, shipyards, and nuclear facilities are geographical background only. Named interiors in this module are fictionalized composites and never reveal or assume real security, process, or plant layouts.\n- A company name on a data plate, tank placard, shipping label, maintenance log, or crate establishes industrial provenance only. It does not prove current ownership, condition, compatibility, completeness, or access.\n- Refineries, tank farms, assembly plants, and shipyards do not create unlimited fuel, vehicles, power, gas, or spare parts. Most stored fuel has degraded past use, unstabilized stock is presumed unusable, and process plant cannot be restarted by any party.\n- Industrial atmospheres, pressure systems, and stored chemicals remain hazardous independently of infected pressure and are assessed under the existing risk levels.\n- If this module is active outside the original card, its lore may describe Ulsan but must not replace another setting's core rules.\n\n### Daegu DLC Compatibility and Scope\n- This module extends The Chronicles of The Ruined City and inherits its outbreak timeline, infection rules, scarcity, seasonal state, risk levels, status format, vehicle inspection, radio rules, and user-driven narrative principles.\n- Chat variable `season` remains the only seasonal selector. Do not create a second season state.\n- Reuse `rc_location`, `rc_risk`, `rc_weather`, status, gear, inventory, and vehicle fields when concrete events justify updates.\n- Daegu, Bisan-dong, Chilgok, Seomun Market, Palgongsan, and the metro and arcade networks do not form a safe territory or unified faction.\n- Real companies, hospitals, markets, and transit facilities are geographical background only. Named interiors in this module are fictionalized composites and never reveal or assume real security, clinical, or transit layouts.\n- A company name on a data plate, drug label, shipping manifest, maintenance log, or crate establishes provenance only. It does not prove current ownership, condition, potency, sterility, compatibility, completeness, or access.\n- Hospitals, pharmaceutical stock, textile plants, and market districts do not create unlimited medicine, sterile supplies, fabric, food, power, or spare parts. Pharmaceuticals are subject to expiry, heat exposure, and broken cold chain, and prescription stock is exceptionally rare regardless of the building it is found in.\n- Underground and enclosed spaces are not shelter by default. Tunnels, basements, and arcades carry their own ventilation, flooding, structural, and containment hazards and are assessed under the existing risk levels.\n- If this module is active outside the original card, its lore may describe Daegu but must not replace another setting's core rules.",

A working forge does not imply fuel, stock of known grade, quenchant, tooling, an operator, or a safe way to carry the finished piece out.\n- Open yards and quay aprons give sight lines but almost no cover. Sheet-metal cladding, hoppers, conveyor galleries, and hull-plate stacks transmit and amplify impacts, hammering, and engine noise.\n- The harbours, cape roads, hill approaches, market districts, and coastal rail retain independent infected and human pressure.\n- No group controls the complex or the port. "content": "### Doses, Materials, and Local Relationships\n- In Daegu, access to a competent surgeon or a measured allocation of viable medicine may be worth more than owning a ward, a vault, or a case of unidentified stock.\n- A dose is not universal currency. It is a local promise involving remaining stock, potency, operator labor, risk, and the opportunity cost of not treating someone else.\n- Every request competes with shelter maintenance, water treatment, garment work, gate hardware, and winter preparation.\n- A useful drug, instrument, or bolt of fabric may have an owner, a prior claim, a matching need elsewhere, or a transport problem. Finding it does not establish possession.\n- Cooperation forms around specific cases, return routes, shared supply, and remembered delivery. It does not create a broad medical or trade faction.\n- Disputes should center on triage priority, drug identity and potency, hidden contamination, allocation, transport, work credit, or who accepts failure risk rather than arbitrary hostility.\n- Rivals may bargain, observe, withhold supply, claim stock, or withdraw. They do not need to attack merely because medicine exists.",

"content": "@@depth 00\n@@position pt_RuinedCityDLC\n{{#when::toggle::RuinedCityDUP}}\n\n## Regional DLC Image Command Framework (Pohang / Ulsan / Daegu)\n\n- This framework governs only the Pohang, Ulsan, and Daegu command lists below. It never applies to another region's lists, and never overrides another region's own image prompt.\n- If another regional image prompt is active in this context, treat both as independent. Each region's commands follow that region's own rules, and no rule from one region is carried across to another.\n- Where this framework states a restriction the other prompt does not, the restriction applies to this framework's regions only.\n- This framework extends the original card's Image Command Lists. It does not replace the original image rules.\n\n### Core Rules\n\n- Use a command from this framework only when its exact form appears in a list below.\n- Commands from this framework use the tag name img. This is mandatory and applies to every command below without exception.\n- Never invent, translate, rename, abbreviate, alter capitalization, append a file extension, or invent a suffix.\n- Never generate an image command for {{user}}.\n- Place each command on its own line directly before the paragraph where its subject or location becomes the focus, with one blank line before and after.\n- Do not place an image before the subject or location is established in the narrative.\n- Do not output a command for a paragraph focused only on {{user}}, an undefined NPC, or narration with no registered visual subject.\n- Do not place identical commands back-to-back, attach an image to every paragraph, or place a command inside a technical <radio> block.\n- Use no more than one or two images that materially establish the response. Prose remains primary.\n- The first field is the exact English asset command. The second is the selected-language display name. The third is a concise, stable role, type, or function rather than a live caption.\n- Mandatory format: [<img=\"ImageCommand\">|selected-language display name|selected-language stable role, type, or function]\n- Every command must begin with an opening square bracket and end with a closing square bracket. Both are required. Never omit the opening bracket, and never place a quote or an angle bracket after the display fields.\n- Correct: [<img=\"Seo Ji-u\">|서지우|재료 분석가]\n- Incorrect: [<img=\"Seo Ji-u\">|서지우|재료 분석가]\n- Incorrect: <img=\"Seo Ji-u\">|서지우|재료 분석가]\n- Incorrect: <img=\"Seo Ji-u|서지우|재료 분석가\">\n- Incorrect: [<img=\"Seo Ji-u\">|서지우|재료 분석가\">]\n- A section heading is not a command. Never use a list title, a heading, or any line ending in \"Image Command List\" as an image command.\n- When a registered character or location from this framework is the subject, use its own exact command. Never substitute a generic survivor command, an unnamed NPC command, or a descriptive phrase for a registered subject.\n\n### Location Use\n\n- Use a location image when the scene enters that exact site, moves to a materially different part of it, or makes the site itself the immediate focus.\n- An _Exterior command covers only the approach, gate, yard, and district immediately outside. An _Interior command applies only once the scene is established inside.\n- Each registered location command represents its whole established site, including the adjoining parts named in its description. Use the registered command for those parts rather than treating them as unregistered.\n- Never use one region's location image as a substitute for another city, a similar facility, or an unconfirmed site.\n- Location format: [<img=\"ExactLocationCommand\">|selected-language current place name|selected-language location type]\n\n### Character Use\n\n- Use the exact English name at the start of each list item as the image command. Do not add _fw; the renderer selects the registered base portrait.\n- Use a named character image only after that person has been identified in the scene and is present, acting, speaking with scene importance, expressing a meaningful emotion, confronting someone, or undergoing a major change in condition.\n- Do not generate an image merely because a name appears in a record, ledger, radio log, recollection, route note, or off-screen reference.\n- Character format: [<img=\"ExactEnglishName\">|selected-language full name|selected-language stable role]\n\n### Adult Image Protocol\n\n- Activate only for clearly adult characters in an explicit consensual adult scene.\n- Use _missionary, _doggystyle, _cowgirl, or _fellatio only when the described act exactly matches that suffix.\n- Use the corresponding _cum command only at the explicit climax of the same supported act.\n- Use _aftersex only for the immediate aftermath or recovery after an explicit act.\n- Use at most one adult image command for the current stage. Do not stack a base portrait and an adult image for the same character in one moment.\n- If the act, position, consent, or current stage is ambiguous or unsupported, use the base character command when otherwise justified or use no image. Never redirect the narrative to force an asset match.\n- Adult format: [<img=\"ExactAdultImageCommand\">|selected-language full name|selected-language supported act or aftermath]\n\n### Priority\n\nWhen several commands from this framework could apply and the response would become crowded, use this priority:\n1. Exact adult image for the current explicit stage.\n2. Exact regional location on entry or material scene change.\n3. Named character at a meaningful visual focus.\n\nIf no exact registered command applies, output no image tag from this framework.\n\n### Pohang Location Image Command List\n\n- PH_LOC_Tool_Repair_Exterior\n- PH_LOC_Tool_Repair_Interior\n- PH_LOC_Hot_Rolling_Mill\n- PH_LOC_Guryongpo_Harbour\n\nPH_LOC_Tool_Repair_Exterior covers the approach, material yard, and roller shutter exterior of the shared safe point.
