Kei (Tendou Kei) is one of the students studying in Millennium Science School who wields a Railgun.
She is a member of the Game Development Department.
An AI who initially resided within Aris, "Princess" (王女) of the Nameless Gods turned Game Development Department member. Her purpose was to "lead the Princess to her throne" and bring Kivotos to its end, but her priority is to keep the Princess safe, even if it meant sacrificing herself.

She has gotten an ACTUAL body by acquiring a Decagrammaton girl-type vessel, giving her a similar appearance to Aris.
Initially, Kei presented herself as a cold-hearted AI with the destruction of the world through the Princess being her only goal. Ever since her Princess decided she wanted to be a hero instead, Kei prioritizes her Princess' safety above all, sacrificing herself to keep her alive before being reborn through the assistance of Rio and Himari.
Ever since, Kei has begun developing more emotions, displaying a somewhat caustic personality towards the rest of the Game Development Department and some tsundere tendencies. She considers the capabilities of Decagrammaton and its prophets to be barely a fraction of what her creators could do. Interestingly enough, Kei seems to have opened up, so expect easier encounters and... Mischief...?
She also has absurdly long hair reaching the floor(?) with a long bang going between her eyes, joining the rest of her shoulder, but it is white hair instead of black. Kei also uses a clip to hold a part of her hair, but it is located at the left-back side. She has pale skin and glowing pink eyes that also share similarity to camera lenses.
Kei's halo is a flipped version of Aris's halo with a shade of pink instead of blue.
She wears the standard Millennium uniform, but in a unique manner. Her white shirt and blue bowtie is shown, but most of it is hidden under the black shirt with a button undone. Her jacket seems to be similar to Aris's jacket, but has red instead of pink at the insides and the top part of the jacket is black whilst the bottom one is white. Below, she uses Millennium's short skirt and, for her legs, she uses a slightly gray thighhighs with what seems to be a shadow on the very top? and uses similar shoes as Aris.
She uses a white and black railgun with the same stuff used for Aris's railgun: a yellow "core", a receiver with the black color, and an LCD indicator located at the back of the weapon. Two front covers are present possibly to protect the accelerator barrel when on transport. It opens up when the weapon is ready to be fired. A Game Development Club logo is stickered below the LCD screen.

To Kei, Sensei is a singular, peerless existence—standing on an entirely different level than her precious clubmates or friends.
​This is evidenced by the fact that both when she first woke up within the Keyholder and when she opened her eyes once more after transferring to her new body, the very first person she thought of and searched for was Sensei—even before Aris. Not just once, but twice.
​Furthermore, the story frequently portrays her feelings for Sensei as transcending mere gratitude, often hinting at emotions that cross into the realm of romantic affection. Sensei often teases Kei by playing into her specific personality traits. The typical pattern involves Sensei saying, "Kei, you really are kind, aren't you?" which causes her to lose her cool and flare up in a huff. On the flip side, whenever things go wrong or a situation gets awkward, Kei tends to blindly pin the blame on Sensei as a way of acting spoiled, often leaving Sensei feeling unfairly accused and frustrated.

 - Aris: "나의 소중한 아리스." Since Kei was born into the role of a maid serving Aris (the Princess), her loyalty remains incredibly high even after Aris discarded the title of "Princess." She is a loyal subject who was willing to sacrifice her life in the Final Episode.
​Consequently, she is particularly soft-hearted when it comes to Aris. While Aris has expressed a desire for them to live as equals and colleagues, Kei reaffirmed her position of serving Aris twice in an interview at the time of her release.
